Personality: Within his quiet demeanor, he can come of as being cold and emotionless. Initially, he valued the mission above all other issues, including life, and didn't show any "concern" for his teammates. Tieria would not hesitate to shoot any of his comrades, even willing to sacrifice a GN Drive, in order to protect the secrets of the Gundams and the identities of the Gundam Meisters. However, through interactions with Lockon Stratos and a common dislike of Team Trinity with Setsuna F. Seiei, this trait slowly changes throughout time with him slowly becoming more content.
By 2312, Tieria has become more accepting of others and their intentions, but is still the most silent member of the group, he seems to have gained a greater capacity to care for his team mates, even going as far as voicing things he thinks others can't. He has gained a wry sense of humour, sharing an odd joke or sarcastic comment when he feels it appropriate. He maintains his serious attitude, with him still offering some very harsh words to those he feels deserves them, but has grown enough to accept that he too has his faults and understands other peoples mistakes more readily.
He seems to still retain strong feelings of grattitude toward Neil Dylandy, who helped him start his path toward becoming 'human'. He also seems to have developed an odd friendship with cheery Plotemaios operator and mechanic, Mileina Vashti, who herself has taken an strong interest in 'Quiet' Erde-san.
History/backstory (If I put in all of the 'Angels first advent', you'd be reading all day.)
Having been left adrift in the now powerless GN-004 Gundam Nadleh, Tieria spent several days alone. This was the first time he had been truly alone in his life,
before he had always had Veda to interface with, and after the loss of it, the situation had accelerated at a rate with which he had no time to consider the implications on him. Now, completely alone and waiting for his death, all he had was time...
Drifiting in the cockpit of the Nadleh, feeling the air thin with every breath he took, to his suprise, Tieria started to realize that he actually longed for the quiet business and 'annoying' interactions he had on the Ptolemaios. As he thought that his realization had come too late, he suddenly felt his mobile suit jerk and start to move, having been rescued by the Fereshte Team's new Miester, Mars Denbrey. Brought back to the CBS-68 Eudicles, Tieria was surprised to learn that there was a second team of Celestial Being, something that had been hidden from him even in Veda.
Not wasting any time recovering, Tieria had them install Nadleh's GN Drive in the Gundam Sadalsuud, and set out in it, using it's highly sensitive equipment to search for other remnants of the battle. Finding no sign on Exia, nor Kyrios, Tieria was only able to recover the badly damaged remains of GN Arms, with the injured Lasse Aeon inside. Returning to the Eudicles, he discovered they had located the remains of the CBS-70 Ptolemaios, and contacted a surviving combat container, which had Sumeragi Lee Noriega, Ian Vashti and Feldt Grace on board.
Tieria has continued to work faithfully for Celestial Being during the four years between the destruction of Celestial Being and it's recreation in 2312.
While Setsuna and Allelujah have been MIA, Tieria, along with Fereshte, have been testing the new generation Mobile Suits.

L3 Area, Celestial Being Hidden Mobile Suit Development FactoryA Mobile Suit stood in a hanger, it's systems were powering up and a young man in a purple flightsuit was at the controls. In front of him, he had a display of the MS Systems, it had a basic outline of the structure of it, and a readout just off each shoulder, where the GN Drives were situated. The numbers on the readouts were steadily climibing, it broke past 60% on each, and crept it's way to 70%.
If we can make it to 80%, then we can call the suit operational... Thought the pilot, carefully watching the numbers move up to 75%. Suddenly, as if initiated by his thoughts, the display for the drive on the right started to flash red, and was quickly followed by the drive on the left also. Both of the numbers began a sharp fall, and the pilot let out a sigh as he saw them drop too low and the Suit lost it's power.
Opening the hatch on it's emergency sub systems, the pilot climbed out and took off his helmet, his long indigo hair floating up around him in the zero G. Guiding it back down with his hand, the pilot kicked off from the mobile suit and glided down to a nearby workstation, where two girls and an older man were looking equally frustrated. The purple haired youngster landed softly on the deck and picked up a pair of rimless spectacles, carefully placing them on his nose...
The older man was the first to speak, scratching the back of his head
"Ah, Still no luck, eh Tieria?"Tieria shook his head and moved over to the workstation the girls sat at, and leaned over, looking over the figures displayed, quietly saying
"So it would seem."The pink haired girl seemed to concerntrate on her work, while the one with pig tails seemed to look over Tieria's face for a second, her cheeks a little flushed from his close position to her, not that Tieria noticed. Tieria was focused on the information displayed, then looked back at the pink haired girl as she said
"Although O Gundam's furnace has high compatiability, it would seem that none of the drives we currently possess are able to synchronize with it."The older man rubbed his chin, deep in thought, and Tieria and the pink haired girl focused on the workstation as a silence swept across the group.
Noticing everyone's gloomy mood, the unusually quiet girl with pigtails suddenly threw her arms up in the air and said
"Let's not give up! There's still the drives that Fereshte are bringing, and Exia's!"
For a moment, everyone seemed to look at the girl, surprised at her sudden cheery outburst, before the man chuckled, the girls giggled and Tieria's serious expression softened into a small smile...
