Personality: Cheerful, caring and excitable. She seems very much like an ordinary teenage girl, making her seem a little out of place in the more serious atmosphere of Celestial Being. She seems to do her best to make sure everyone is in as good a mood as possible, and has developed a close friendship with fellow crewmember Feldt Grace.
She has been described and an 'Airhead' person, probably due to her usual happy optimism. She also claims to have something called a "Maiden's Intuition", which she uses to decide whether couples are in fact lovers. Mileina is gets very excited when some events happen, like when they found Setsuna F. Seiei. But she chastises her father (Pappa) for acting pervertedly.
History/backstory Being the daughter of Celestial Being member Ian Vashti, she was part of the organization by default and learned much about engineering, GN Technology, and programming while growing up. Her mother, Linda, heads the team of Celestial Being weapons development. Showing her skills, she soon becomes an operator on the CBS-74 Ptolemaios 2 bridge.
She seems to have a close friendship with fellow operator, Feldt Grace, who may have taken Mileina 'under her wing', so to speak, like Feldt herself was at that age by Christina Sierra. Mileina also seems to have a strong interest and crush on Gundam Miester Tieria Erde, who is largely oblivious to her affections.
RP Sample: "Morning! Morning!" Chirped an excited Haro, rolling around the pillow of a young girl with long, cinnamon coloured hair. She picked the robot up and sitting up and looking at it for a second, she replied "Good Morning!" With equal enthusiasm. Popping the Haro back down gently, the girl leapt out of bed in her pajama's, and immediately and happily marched over to a purple uniform hanging on a hook attatched to her wall. She stroked the material softly and started to smile.
"This is it, Mileina, today you will make Erde-san smile!" She said, giggling as she held the uniforms sleeve in her hand. Mileina Vashti had volunteered to make just this one, since usually it was Feldt who had made the other Uniforms that they had all worn. This one was special though, Erde-san tended to be quiet and keep to himself most of the time, but how could he not smile when a
Maiden had worked tirelessly to create something just for him
Continuing to giggle as she thought of Erde-san's blushing and bashful acceptance of the gesture, Mileina raced into the shower and was done almost at the speed of Trans-Am. Putting on her own cute yellow uniform, with the adorable miniskirt she had made for it, she sat in front of her mirror and carefully brushed her hair, before pulling it back and up into her trademark extra curly, double pig tails. She carefully brushed and flossed her teeth, before rinsing with her favourite mouthwash. She could absolutely not afford to have bad breath on a day as important as this one. She then picked up her diary and wrote in her plan for today and how she envisioned the situation going down.
She would wait by his room, he would leave it be surprised, wondering why she was there, then she would show him the uniform and say "I made this for you!" He would take the uniform, and blush from his own happiness at being thought of so tenderly, before smiling, and saying "Thank you, Mileina..."
He would then bring his delicate hand to her cheek, admitting that he had for a long time appreciated how kindly she treats him, before tenderly sliding a finger tip undernath her chin, unable to keep his face from hers any longer and..."Oh my goodness!" She exclaimed, her dream filled eyes having caught sight of the elegant watch that Papa had gotten her for her birthday, it was almost 0530! Grabbing the uniform, she hurried as she rushed out of the door, incase Erde-san had gotten up.

*= Mileina's actual birthday is only listed as 2298, however, I have embellished a little. October 10th is the (old) Japanese Health and Sports day, which I think suits the energetic Mileina down to a tee. It is also the World Mental Health day, and I can't really think of anyone who could be depressed with Mileina around.
